Online Apartment Rental Application

Boulder Creek Apartments offers online rental applications through our partners Blue Moon and the National Apartment Association. By clicking the "Launch Rental Application" button below, you will be taken to Blue Moon's secure servers to complete your application and pay application fees. Please make sure to complete all information in full, or your application may need to be resubmitted.

If you wish to pay your application fees online, you may do so with a credit card before submitting your application. To pay by check, please visit our onsite office. Please do not mail in checks.

After your application is received, our staff will contact you to make arrangements for a copy of your most recent paystub and a copy of your drivers license or state issued identification.

Apartment Rental Application Requirements

• Credit Screening
• Each applicant must provide verifiable income documentation
• Qualification is based on a report provided by our screening company. Upon conditional approval, verification of previous rental history is required.

Apartment Occupancy Standards

• Studio - Two people
• One Bedroom - Three people
• Two Bedroom - Five people

Vehicle Standards

• Studio - One vehicle
• One Bedroom - One vehicle
• Two Bedroom - Two vehicles
