Pay Rent Online

Our online bill payment system is run through PayLease’s processing system. By signing up for an account, you’ll be able to arrange automatic monthly payments, schedule a one-time payment, avoid late fees, receive detailed payment history reports, arrange for email notifications of upcoming account debits, arrange payment reminders, or get an email receipt. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or with your checking account, 24/7 online, or by phone at (866) 729-5327. PayLease makes paying your rent simple, fast, and secure. Save on postage by no longer having to mail in your check, and you’ll no longer have to worry about making it home to pay during office hours.

Simply sign up with PayLease and follow the onscreen prompts to create your account and you’ll have access to all these easy to use features. Having trouble signing up? Simply visit the front office, and the management staff will gladly assist you in creating your account.

Once you’re signed up, simply log in to your account, click on “One Time Payment” to make a single payment, or click “AutoPay” to set up a recurring debit, then simply follow the online prompts, which will guide you through inputting the information needed to process your payment. Remember that you must sign up with a valid email address to receive an email receipt, but that your payment history will be recorded within your account. Please be aware that if your payment is not reflected within your payment history, it has not been received by PayLease, and will not be reflected on your account.

Please be aware that all payments must be for the total amount due, and we can only accept payment in full, whether through PayLease or in the front office. This means that roommates will need to arrange to deliver payment either through one card or one check each month to avoid only partial payment clearing.

We would like to encourage you to use our online bill payment system, but if for any reason you wish to deliver your payments in person to the office, or by phone, please feel free to do so. Our managers are there to help you.
