Phoenix Crime Free Multi-Housing

Boulder Creek Apartments is a proud member of the Phoenix Police Crime Free Multi-Housing program. As members of this program, employees of at our Phoenix apartments receive ongoing training and interaction with the Phoenix Police to do everything in our power to keep our apartments free of drugs and illegal activity.

Phoenix apartments participating in this program aim to offer a more stable and crime free environment for their tenants.  Tenants at our apartments are encouraged to contact management or the Phoenix Police Department when they witness criminal activity or suspicious persons. New tenants are screened for criminal backgrounds per Crime Free Multi-Housing guidelines and the management at our apartments work in conjunction with the Phoenix Police Department to evict tenants participating in activity that endangers our apartment tenants.

Our goal participating in this program is to maintain a calm peaceful environment that our tenants are proud to call home. Our apartment rules are designed to work in conjunction with the Phoenix Crime Free Multi-Housing program to provide a better environment for tenants in our Phoenix apartment community.

Like a neighborhood watch program, it is our hope that our apartment tenants will share our appreciation for this program and contact our management or the Phoenix Police Department if they suspect something is suspicious or witness any illegal behavior. We also coordinate with the Phoenix Police Department to arrange periodic opportunities for our renters to meet and speak with Phoenix Police officers and get the latest information on protecting themselves and their community.
