Resident Corner
The Resident Corner is your home for up to the minute news at Boulder Creek Apartment and the Phoenix and Tempe areas. We will be providing information about your apartment community, rent specials and information about local restaurants, businesses and events. Please check back often, we will still provide our monthly newsletter, as well as making it available to read here, but we will also offer up to the minute information that is not available in the newsletter. We will also speak with local restaurants and businesses and ask if they will offer coupons or specials that you can download from the Restaurants or Business listings in the Residents Corner. If you visit one of these restaurants or businesses and would like to tell others about your experience, please leave comments. All comments will be reviewed and posted, but we reserve the right not publish listings with profanity or abusive language, but we will not censor or control the positive or negative reviews. If you would like to receive email or text notifications of specials and emergency notices such as unscheduled utility interuptions and information, you can follow us on Twitter under user name PhoenixAZApartments, or click the follow us link at the bottom of the page. By setting your preferences to text, you will receive the notification by text. Keep in mind that many cell phone companies charge a per text fee. We will never send more than one Twitter message in a day, unless there are emergency situations that require more frequent updates. Your choice of Twitter notification is your responsibility and Boulder Creek Apartments will not issue credits for charges associated with choosing text messages as your delivery method.

We will continue to keep them online each month in case you would like to find an old article, recipe or feature. Local Restaurants and Businesses
This is your online spot to share your favorite local Phoenix and Tempe businesses and restaurants with your neighbors and find special deals and coupons as well. As we add new restaurants and businesses, we will include any coupons and special offers as well. If you visit one of these businesses or restaurants, why not tell your friends about it? Our listings allow you to add comments or even share them with your friends on many of the popular social networking sites. We will be adding a lot of great information here. Phoenix and Tempe Attractions
Phoenix is never short of great things to do and interesting places to visit and explore. You may love your Phoenix apartment, but there are a number of great places to visit and it would be a shame not to get out and see them at least once.
This section will highlight many of the interesting places you may drive by on a daily basis, like Papago Park and the Trovea Castle and just take for granted, as well as the more famous and necessary spots like Arizona State University and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. If you are new to Phoenix, this are of our website may suggest some new places to check out, or if you have always wondered about a local attraction that you see, check back, we may have added some interesting facts about it. The best part is that they are all conveniently located near your Phoenix apartment. If there is a feature or attraction that you think should be included, make sure to tell your manager to have it added.If there is a local Phoenix or Tempe attraction near your apartment that you know a lot about and would like to tell your neighbors, write about it and email it to your manager and we will include it. This is your opportunity to share your favorite places with your neighbors and find out about their favorite spots. This is a great place to find out more about the city around you and to share some of the little known facts with others.
